On Monday, June 13, at 8 AM, a tragic work accident took place on a Crozes-Hermitage construction site. A concrete beam was used to hit an 18-year old during construction.

Despite the efforts of firefighters and SMUR, the victim died from his injuries. The first elements of the investigation revealed that the beam came from a lifting device and struck the victim, who was on a work-study contract with a public works firm.
