Missing Colorado Mother Suzanne Morphew: Husband charged with murder Almost 1 year after disappearance

Barry Morphew was allegedly detained on Wednesday

Barry Morphew was detained on Wednesday and was charged with first-degree murder after deliberation, tampering with physical evidence and try to influence a public servant, based on FOX 21 News writer Lauren Scharf.

Suzanne's sister-in-law Jena Moorman failed to talk with Fox News on Wednesday concerning the development, calling it a"personal family matter"

Officials said they had been advised she left to get a bicycle ride and never returned.

On May 17, her husband, Barry Morphew, posted a movie on Facebook begging for whomever took Suzanne to deliver her back.

"Oh Suzanne, if anybody is outside there and may hear that, which has youpersonally, please, we will do anything is necessary to bring you back. We adore you, we miss you, your women want you," Barry said in this movie. "No questions asked, however much that they need -- I shall do anything is needed to get you back. Honey, I love you, I would like you so bad"

Suzanne Morphew's brother, Andrew Moorman, formerly told Dr. Phil he guessed her husband may be supporting her disappearance.

Moorman told Dr. Phil he believed Morphew had been"abducted, also in this scenario, murdered"

"I really don't believe she was taken into another place, I believe it happened in the home," he stated, adding that"based on the behaviours and things that occurred," he believed her husband was supporting it. "And I hope it is not."
