"The Prime Minister announced that the benefit of 183 euro from Segur was extended to the "socioeducational" sector in the non-profit sector on February 18, 2022. This will take effect as of April 1, 2022. The government and employers continue to exclude entire sections of our professions, including administrative and technical staff, childcare workers, and family assistants. Segur arbitrarily excludes these personnel, who are vital for the continuity and care of accompanied persons. This is unacceptable for the CGT!
According to the CGT, this sector has seen a loss of "25%" in purchasing power. CGT is requesting 183 euro for everyone, but 300 euros minimum for staff in the socio-educational section. This will be done through a revaluation and a Single Extended Collective Agreement.
