Beyoncé released her last album to date, Lemonade, in 2016. Six long years later, fans can now look forward to a new LP from the US singer. A few days before the release, some details about "Renaissance" are already known.
Beyoncé's new album "Renaissance" is one thing above all a few days before its release: a well-kept secret. Nevertheless, some details about the superstar's seventh long-player have already leaked out - including the track list and the names of the stars who are involved in the album alongside Queen Bey.
The track list can already be viewed at Apple Music. In addition to the already released "Break My Soul", titles such as "I'm That Girl", "America Has A Problem" and "Church Girl" can be found. How the songs will sound is not yet known.

What has also already leaked out are the credits, i.e. the names of the composers and other people involved in the album. In addition to Beyoncé, there are numerous well-known people among them. According to Billboard, the credits were briefly visible to some Apple Music users, but were later removed. In the source code, however, it is said that they can still be displayed. Mentioned are The-Dream, Beyoncé's husband Jay-Z, Pharrell Williams, Hit-Boy, Skrillex, 070 Shake, Labrinth and Drake.
Beyoncé has also already lost a few words about her new album. Taking to Instagram, the 40-year-old wrote: "This album allowed me to find a place to dream and escape at a scary time for the world. It allowed me to feel free and adventurous at a time when little else moved." This probably means the time of the corona pandemic and lockdowns.
"My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment," it continues. "A place where I could be free from perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, let go and feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of discovery." She hopes that fans will "find joy in this music" and "feel unique, powerful and sexy" with it.
The Instagram post also features the album's artwork: Beyoncé sits in a confident pose on a horse in the photo. She wears her long hair loose. She is dressed only in silver high heels and body chains in the same color, which only cover the essentials. "Renaissance" will be released on July 29th.
