Actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is a total family man. The actor is now fulfilling a big dream for his mother with a generous gift. The 73-year-old can no longer hold back her tears.
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson had a lovely surprise for his mom Ata Johnson! The actor presented the 73-year-old with a new house. On his Instagram account, he shared videos showing his mother's first reaction to the various new rooms. Ata Johnson is moved to tears in the short clips. "When I was a little boy I hated it when my mom cried - now I happily take her tears of joy," the former wrestler wrote under one of the videos.
The "Family Room" made Ata Johnson cry, adorned with old ukuleles and rare pictures of her ancestors. "I was able to unearth images of our ancestors that she hasn't seen since she was a little kid in Samoa," The Rock said under one of the videos.
"She misses her mum and dad. I miss them too," he added. He also thanked God who had blessed him with "a little bit of work ethic". So it was possible for him to fulfill his mother's dream.
"I've been fortunate enough to have been able to buy her a few houses over the years, but this one is special because over the last few years she's said to me over and over again, 'After a life of travel, I want this home my last is. It's my dream," revealed the 50-year-old.
In addition, Johnson had a request for all his fans: "I always say that if you have a good mother, you have the chance to become a good, caring person. Let's all give our moms a very grateful hug this weekend and make them happy ".
