Swisttal (dpa / lnw) - After the serious gunshot wound of a 48-year-old man in Swisttal in the Rhein-Sieg district, according to the police, no suspect has yet been arrested. The man was found on a dirt road near federal highway 56 on Monday evening after a tip. He had gunshot wounds in his arms and legs and was taken to a hospital. The fields and paths at the site were also searched with dogs and a drone. A witness had given a rough description of the perpetrator: It was a man with dark hair and a black shirt with orange sleeves. The investigators are hoping for information from witnesses, especially since some of the fields on the main road have already been harvested.

According to initial findings, the police assumed a private conflict behind the crime. Due to the circumstances, a homicide detective is investigating.
