Oberhausen (dpa / lnw) - At a bus stop in front of the Oberhausen main station, a 49-year-old fell on the road and was run over by a bus. The man was seriously injured in the leg on Sunday, the police said on Monday. The cause of the accident will be determined. According to the police, the victim was under the influence of alcohol or narcotics after initial witness interviews at the bus stop. Police officers would have provided first aid and stopped the heavy bleeding on the man's leg with a tourniquet. The 49-year-old was taken to the hospital.
