Krefeld/Mönchengladbach (dpa/lnw) - Due to renovation work, the A61 near Mönchengladbach in the direction of Venlo will be closed from Thursday (May 26) at 10 p.m. to Sunday (May 29) at 8 a.m. The approximately 4.2-kilometer-long rehabilitation section goes from the Mönchengladbach-Güdderath junction to Mönchengladbach-Rheydt, as the Autobahn GmbH announced on Tuesday. The entire road surface plus hard shoulder will be renovated. Traffic will be diverted extensively.
