In the social networks, the group "Tyre Extinguishers" itself spoke of 26 vehicles in Essen and 9 vehicles in Bonn. However, there were significantly fewer cases on file with the police. "We assume that most of the victims simply inflate their tires and do not report anything," said a police spokesman in Bonn.
