According to a report by the federal police on Sunday, the man loudly harassed passengers and attacked railway employees during a ticket inspection. The attacker was then pinned to the ground by several employees with great effort. After the train arrived at Dortmund Central Station, the man then vehemently defended himself against the railway police officers who rushed to the station, kicked them and blocked himself on the way to the station against the direction of travel.

In the station, the 37-year-old resisted the measures with kicks, tried to spit at the officers and was finally pinned to the ground. With great effort, the federal police officers then took fingerprints and took photos. According to the information, the man had not yet appeared with the police, and criminal proceedings were initiated against him for assault and resistance against law enforcement officials.
