Vettweiß (dpa / lnw) - Unknown people blew up an ATM in Vettweiß (Düren district). On Tuesday night, a witness heard a loud bang and shortly afterwards reported the damaged ATM near a supermarket, the police said. The perpetrators are said to have opened the front of the free-standing machine with the explosive charge. According to the police, it is currently being determined whether the unknown persons were able to steal money.
