Wuppertal (dpa / lnw) - The body discovered by a passer-by in the Wupper is a 49-year-old homeless person. The man lived under a bridge near the site, a police spokesman said on Wednesday.
Why he died is still unclear and should be clarified by an autopsy. However, there is no evidence of a violent crime. The passer-by discovered the body in the water at the Wupperfeld suspension railway station on Tuesday. The body was then recovered by firefighters.
