Hattingen (dpa / lnw) - In Hattingen, five people were injured when a van and a car collided, two of them seriously. As a result of the frontal collision, the car with two women was thrown into an embankment next to the road, both suffered serious injuries, the fire department reported on Thursday. The van, which was also damaged, came to a stop on the roadway. The three occupants were able to get out of the vehicle on their own - they were slightly injured in the impact.
An accident victim came to a clinic with a rescue helicopter. The other woman was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. The three occupants of the van were examined at the scene of the accident.
