Münster (dpa / lnw) - The NRW Higher Administrative Court will decide on Thursday (from 10 a.m.) in oral proceedings on the legality of company closures in the first corona lockdown. Several companies had sued for compensation because, according to the NRW Corona Protection Ordinance of spring 2020, they had to stop operations due to the pandemic. Lawsuits for review by a fitness studio, a dance school and a catering establishment are being negotiated. In the previous summary proceedings, the complaints to the OVG were unsuccessful.
