North Rhine-Westphalia: cyclist throws in the collision on the field

Kerpen (dpa / lnw) - In a collision with a car in Kerpen near Cologne, a cyclist was thrown onto a field. According to the police report on Friday, the 46-year-old was flown to a clinic with serious injuries. The cyclist was on a dirt road and collided with the car of a 22-year-old at an intersection for unknown reasons. Investigators ordered blood samples from both people involved in the accident. The officers also secured the driver's license and the men's cell phones.
