North Rhine-Westphalia: dead in traffic accident in Eschweiler

Eschweiler (dpa / lnw) - A person died in an accident in Eschweiler east of Aachen on Friday. According to police, five vehicles were involved. The person who caused the accident died, four people in the other cars were slightly injured. The police could not provide any information on the personal details, the cause of the accident and the course of events in the early evening. The stretch between the A4 and A44 motorways had to be closed while the accident was being recorded. The "Aachener Zeitung" (online) had previously reported on the accident.
