The residents of an apartment building had fought shortly after midnight. According to the Düren district police, the heavily intoxicated 28-year-old was first treated with a laceration. He then stole an unlocked bicycle from outside the hospital and fell in front of a witness. The police ended the tour and took Jülich into custody. The stolen bike was secured
