North Rhine-Westphalia: Drone endangers air traffic at Dortmund Airport

Dortmund (dpa / lnw) - An unknown person has allowed a drone to fly up near Dortmund Airport, thereby endangering air traffic. According to the police, the pilot of an Airbus A320 noticed the drone at a height of about 50 meters when landing on Friday afternoon. There was no collision. After the plane landed, air traffic was interrupted for around 40 minutes. As of Sunday, the police were initially unable to identify a suspect.
