Essen (dpa / lnw) - A drug dealer approached two plainclothes police officers in Essen and offered them marijuana. The two officers drove past a playground on Thursday when the 20-year-old asked them to stop with hand signals. He immediately offered the police drugs and took a bundle wrapped in cling film out of his jacket, the police said on Friday. When the officers arrested the 20-year-old, some other men on the playground suddenly fled.
