Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) - In many parts of North Rhine-Westphalia, the police emergency number 110 failed on Monday morning. The Viersen, Höxter, Unna, Duisburg, Hamm, Mönchengladbach and Oberhausen departments reported the disruption on Twitter. The police authorities called for the fire brigade emergency call 112 to be used as an alternative.
