One assumes a negligent arson in connection with construction work or carelessness on the part of the workers, the police said on Thursday. The exact cause of the fire can no longer be determined due to the severe damage.
On Saturday evening, the fire destroyed the shell of a planned residential and commercial building, which was made entirely of wood. Nobody got hurt.
