Wels (dpa / lnw) - Fortuna Düsseldorf lost the first test match in preparation for the new season in the 2nd Bundesliga. After two opening victories, the Rhinelanders lost 2-1 (1-1) to Greek champions Olympiakos Piraeus during the training camp in Austria on Saturday. In the Huber Arena in Wels, Kristoffer Peterson scored (22nd minute) to make it 1-0 for Düsseldorf. Pape Abdou Cisse (27') and Nikola Cumic (63') scored for Piraeus. Fortuna's attacker Daniel Ginczek failed in the final phase with a penalty.

The second division will remain in the training camp until Monday and will play another preparatory game at TuS Koblenz next Saturday (2 p.m.).
