North Rhine-Westphalia: Floating bodies identified in the Ruhr: no crime

Essen (dpa / lnw) - The water body found in the Ruhr in Essen almost a week ago has been identified: it is a 41-year-old woman from Essen who has been missing for weeks and who was last seen in the middle of May in the evening very close to the later discovery site. The identity was clearly confirmed after an autopsy, the police said on Monday. There was no evidence of a violent crime. Forensic Medicine Essen is planning further investigations to determine the cause of death.
