North Rhine-Westphalia: Gogulla back at the Düsseldorfer EG: contract until 2025

Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) - Philip Gogulla returns to Düsseldorfer EG. After the last three years with league competitor EHC Red Bull Munich, the striker signed a contract until 2025, as the club from the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) announced on Friday. The 34-year-old Düsseldorf-born veteran had already played for DEG in the 2018/19 season. "Philip has been playing at the highest level for many years. I don't have to say much about Gugi's qualities, it's not for nothing that he played for one of the best teams in the league and was also set on the power play," said DEG sports director Niki Mondt.
