Cologne (dpa / lnw) - She is said to have set fire to hedges and lawns in Dorsten north of the Ruhr area: the police caught a suspected arsonist. The 45-year-old is in custody, a spokesman for the Recklinghausen police said on Saturday.
The woman had been wanted with a photo since Thursday. Emergency services discovered and arrested the suspects in Marl on Friday evening.
People were not injured in the acts in August, which investigators associate with the woman. The fire brigade was always able to extinguish the fires quickly, the police spokesman said. The investigators initially gave no information on the possible motive.
