North Rhine-Westphalia: Information on hazardous substances: Experts in action

Herten (dpa / lnw) - After indications of dangerous substances possibly stored in an apartment, the police and fire brigade in Herten are on duty. The residents of the apartment building with six parties had to leave the building for the police measures, the police in Münster said on Tuesday. To clarify the facts and to avoid dangers for the population, specialists from the fire brigade and other experts from the police from Essen would inspect the residential building and the apartment. The owner of the apartment was taken into police custody in the afternoon. The police were on site with numerous forces.
