Cologne (dpa / lnw) - In two clashes in Cologne, two young men were injured with knives - one of them seriously. First, a 14-year-old is said to have been hit by a 15-year-old on Thursday evening after an argument and injured his upper body with a knife, the police said. The younger boy was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and the 15-year-old suspect was arrested in the evening.

A few hours later, three men aged 22 and 23 reportedly clashed with two unidentified men accompanied by two women. According to the police, after a brief scuffle, one of the strangers injured one of the two 23-year-old men with a knife. He too was taken to the hospital. The police are now looking for witnesses.
