"June 12th is the last day of the game, then the hard core will go to Mallorca for the end of the season and on June 20th we'll start preparing again," said sporting director Dirk Ruhrig.
The promotion from the Mittelrheinliga, which has been fixed since Sunday, may also have saved the club from having to look for a coach, as coach Giuseppe Brunetto himself explained. "Now I can also say it publicly: I've always said to my closest circles - as much fun as it is for me in Düren: I don't know if I would have had the strength if we hadn't made it, another one year in the premier league," he said.
