North Rhine-Westphalia: Laumann calls for a better database for vaccinations

Bochum (dpa / lnw) - North Rhine-Westphalia's Health Minister Karl-Josef Laumann (CDU) is demanding better data from the federal government for the third Corona autumn for those who have been vaccinated. "It is important that we have better information. So far we only know the postal code, but not in which streets or in which district the vaccinated live," said Laumann on Tuesday after the first external meeting of the new black-green cabinet in Bochum.

On this basis, however, it cannot be specifically evaluated which social groups do not accept the vaccination offer, said Laumann. Therefore he will warn the federal government that the data can be evaluated in a more differentiated way. "I will promote the fact that we have to make very differentiated vaccination offers in certain social groups," said the minister.
