Bielefeld (dpa / lnw) - A masked man attacked a gas station in Bielefeld with a gun and fled undetected. The crime happened on Monday evening on Vilsendorfer Strasse, a police spokesman said on Tuesday. The unknown therefore demanded that the cashier, who was alone in the gas station at the time, hand over the money received. The man then fled on foot.
The police search was initially unsuccessful and the perpetrator was still at large on Tuesday morning, it was said. For tactical reasons, the police did not initially say whether money was stolen. Nobody was injured in the raid.
