North Rhine-Westphalia: perpetrators blow up ATMs

Aldenhoven (dpa / lnw) - Unknown people blew up an ATM in Aldenhoven in the Düren district early Tuesday morning. Then the perpetrators - probably three - fled in a car, said a police spokeswoman. It was initially unclear whether they stole money. Local residents called the police after the explosion. Windows were damaged in the bank building to which the machine belongs.
