Radevormwald (dpa / lnw) - Three employees of rides at a fair in Radevormwald are being questioned after allegations of sexual harassment. The alleged victims and witnesses would also be questioned by the police, a spokeswoman said on Monday. Three men aged 25, 27 and 35 are said to have sexually molested young women aged 12-18 on a bumper car on Friday evening. The 25-year-old initially refused to comment on the allegations, said the police spokeswoman.

The 27-year-old was attacked and injured by strangers on the edge of the fair and has therefore not yet been heard. In this case, one determines because of dangerous bodily harm against unknown. It is still unclear whether there is a connection between the incident and the allegations of harassment.

The police have visibly shown more presence on site since Sunday. The additional forces would also have been available as contact persons for visitors to the rifle fair. Until the last day of the fair on Monday, however, no new allegations had been added. A total of nine reports of sexual harassment were received. The suspicion in the case of the 12-year-old was sexual abuse because it was a child, the spokeswoman explained. The ads are about touches on the chest and buttocks.
