North Rhine-Westphalia: Serious accident on the A1 near Dortmund: Five injured

Schwerte/Dortmund (dpa/lnw) - Two people were seriously injured in a serious traffic accident involving two cars and two trucks on the A1 near Dortmund. A mortal danger cannot be ruled out, the police said. Three other people were at least slightly injured in the accident early Friday evening near the Schwerte junction. Traffic in the direction of Bremen is completely blocked between the Schwerte junction and the Dortmund/Unna junction. Further details about the accident and the people involved were not initially known.
