North Rhine-Westphalia: Several injured give the police a puzzle

Minden (dpa / lnw) - Several fights and bodily injuries have puzzled the police in Minden. According to the investigators, a caller on Tuesday evening reported an impending fight via emergency call. The officers met 30 people on site, but there were initially no signs of a fight. The cops withdrew again. A little later, another emergency call came in. The police have now discovered two injured Mindeners aged 47 and 61. Both refused medical help. Witnesses saw a large group of people violently attack a man who was able to flee in a car.

During the investigation into this incident, two injured men reported to a hospital in Bad Oeynhausen, around 20 kilometers away. A 37-year-old from Bad Oeynhausen and a 25-year-old from Minden were uncooperative with the police. Both had to listen to a so-called danger speech. They were warned that they might commit crimes.

A group of 15 people appeared in front of the hospital. When they saw the police officers in uniform, the group fled. The personal details of two men, a man from Minden (63) and a 37-year-old from Bad Oeynhausen, could be recorded. A little later, two other injured people reported to the hospital to be treated. Among them was a 40-year-old from Löhne.

The police wrote several criminal complaints and led investigations into the question of the connection between the men.
