North Rhine-Westphalia: small car falls six meters deep: four injured

Lippstadt (dpa / lnw) - A small car fell a good six meters in Lippstadt in the Soest district. The four occupants were able to free themselves from the vehicle and were taken to hospital with injuries, the fire brigade and police said on Sunday. According to the information, the 39-year-old driver probably drove too fast in the Lippe Bridge construction site on Saturday evening and lost control of the car.

The car first hit an earth wall, was catapulted over a 1.5 meter high concrete wall and then fell down. The vehicle overturned and was severely damaged on the roof. It was recovered by a towing company. An alcohol blood sample was taken from the driver.
