Dortmund (dpa / lnw) - A year after the violent death of a 24-year-old in Dortmund, the police arrested a suspect. As the police and public prosecutor's office in Dortmund announced, an arrest warrant against a 28-year-old man was executed on Wednesday. The authorities initially did not give any further details, referring to the ongoing investigations.
On June 10, 2021, a 24-year-old man from Dortmund was found in the hallway of an apartment building on Herderstrasse in the northern city center. He had stab wounds and was bleeding profusely. Despite attempts at resuscitation by the officials, the death of the young man was determined a short time later by the emergency services.
