Dortmund (dpa / lnw) - With a smartphone, a 22-year-old is said to have taken illegal pictures under the skirt of a 19-year-old in downtown Dortmund. This is also called "upskirting" in English. As the federal police announced on Sunday, the woman recognized the man early in the morning at Dortmund Central Station and confronted him. The loud discussion called the federal police into action. When officers at the station wanted to check the cell phone, the man grabbed the device. A scuffle ensued, in which he suffered minor injuries to his arm. He declined an offer of medical care. The federal police are now investigating violations of the intimate area through photographs and resistance to law enforcement officials.
