North Rhine-Westphalia: the car hovers over the driver's cab: the truck driver has to unload

Kerpen (dpa / lnw) - Because he lacked a loading space on his car transporter, a truck driver transported a car partially suspended above his driver's cab. The van caught the attention of the highway police on Thursday on the A61 near Kerpen. Instead of eight, as permitted, the transporter was loaded with nine cars. At the front, a car protruded well beyond the driver's cab, the wheels hanging in the air without any attachment. The driver had to unload the excess car and leave it there, the police said on Friday.
