Mülheim (dpa / lnw) - A 43-year-old resident of a facility for addiction and the mentally ill in Mülheim/Ruhr was found with life-threatening injuries in the stairwell. According to witnesses, a 35-year-old roommate was suspected and arrested after the crime early Wednesday morning, police and prosecutors said. The man will be heard.
