North Rhine-Westphalia: woman seriously injured by stitches: husband arrested

Lüdenscheid (dpa / lnw) - A woman was seriously injured in Lüdenscheid by stitches. A short time later, police officers arrested the woman's 48-year-old husband, who lived separately, near the scene of the crime. According to the police, he is suspected of stabbing his wife. The 40-year-old came out of a house around 12:15 p.m., stopped a driver and asked for help, the police said on Sunday. The woman was then treated by first responders.
