North Rhine-Westphalia: Wüst believed in the Christ Child instead of Santa Claus

Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) - North Rhine-Westphalia's Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU) believed in the Christ Child and not in Santa Claus as a child. "I'm Catholic and come from the Münsterland. As a child, I was clearly in the "Team Christkind"," said the CDU politician to the "Kölner Stadt-Anzeiger" (Saturday edition). "However, I have two big sisters who helped to ensure that the belief in the Christ Child did not last very long. I think that was the end of kindergarten."
