Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) - North Rhine-Westphalia Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU) has again emphasized that schools should remain open in autumn and winter despite a new threatening corona wave. "It makes a difference whether you sit alone in front of the tablet or with your classmates in the classroom," said Wüst in a government statement in the state parliament on Wednesday. "Children need face-to-face classes because learning together and social exchange are important," says Wüst.
