US actor Alec Baldwin has announced on social media that his mother Carol Baldwin has passed away. Now granddaughter Hailey Bieber said goodbye to her grandmother in an emotional post. "We love you," writes the model on Instagram.

Alongside a vintage black and white photo of the deceased, musician Justin Bieber's wife, 25, wrote on Friday with white heart and white dove emojis: "At 5:52pm yesterday my beautiful grandmother Carol Baldwin, the matriarch of the family, passed away Baldwin, her journey here on earth. Today I celebrate her, the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind. We love you."
Previously, 64-year-old Alec Baldwin announced on Instagram that his mother Carol M. Baldwin passed away on Thursday in Syracuse, New York at the age of 92. She is survived by her six children, including acting dynasty Alec, William, Hailey's father Stephen and Daniel Baldwin, two daughters, 25 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Since she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1991, Carol Baldwin has been committed to fighting the disease and raising millions of dollars for charity. "She spent the last 25 years of her life fighting and pioneering the cause to which she devoted so much energy," said their son Alec. "We are all extremely proud of their performance."
