An expedition team (Tom Hiddleston, Brie Larson, John Goodman, Samuel L. Jackson, etc.) sets off into the depths of the South Pacific, to the unexplored island "Skull Island". As the helicopters approach the island, one after the other they are brought down by a giant monkey.
