Reinforcement for RTL early magazine: Vanessa Civiello is happy about the "second room"

Whether Annika Lau, Annett Möller or Marco Schreyl - the RTL early magazine "Punkt 6/7/8" has recently celebrated numerous newcomers. Now, with Vanessa Civiello, even more fresh wind is coming into the program. The trained radio presenter is looking forward to the "adventure".

It's not as if there aren't plenty of good reasons to tune in to the RTL early morning magazine "Punkt 6/7/8" on a regular basis. They listen to the names Annika Lau, Annett Möller, Daniela Will, Simon Beeck, Daniel Fischer and Marco Schreyl. Now, however, there is another reason: from Monday, Vanessa Civiello will also be part of the moderation team.

So far, many people probably only know Civiello from hearing. After all, she has been giving young listeners a good start to the day on "TOGGO Radio - Euer Morgen" since 2020. But she has also made a stop at other radio stations in the past, including "bigFM" and "Radio Galaxy".

She compares the fact that Civiello, who will continue to present "TOGGO" as a presenter, will now have an additional mainstay in the TV program, with a flat share: "Then I would no longer have just one room, but two." For her, the radio studio is already "like a living room in which you feel totally comfortable. But every now and then you also want to 'go out' and have an adventure," she explains.

Civiello is already used to getting up early from the radio. However, a three-hour live broadcast on TV probably requires even more intensive preparation. That doesn't deter Civiello, however, as she explains: "Do I prefer to sleep in? Of course. Nevertheless, I'm fit and – mostly – in a good mood when I wake up. Even half a coffee is enough for me in the morning."

Civiello is also looking forward to the range of content in "Point 6/7/8", which ranges from VIP stories to tough political issues. She likes to compare it to a school bag: "It's filled with a lot of different things. Important things like lunch boxes or umbrellas, but also sweets and toys. At point 6, we moderators have the opportunity to unpack a little bit of everything."

Well, then nothing stands in the way of their premiere on Monday, August 1st. She made her debut alongside her colleague Simon Beeck. "It was also the first new colleague who sent me a private message immediately after the announcement on Instagram: 'Welcome to the family'," reveals Civiello and adds: "Don't tell him that I told you." But of course not! Of course we keep that to ourselves.
