RTL reviews 2022: These guests await us at the annual review

Every year, RTL looks back on the past twelve months. This time with Thomas Gottschalk and Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg instead of Günther Jauch. In addition to a new moderation team, viewers can also look forward to many guests who shaped the year 2022.

Thomas Gottschalk and Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg present the big RTL annual review "2022! People Pictures Emotions" live on December 11 from 8:15 p.m. Together with their studio guests, the moderator and the ex-politician review the most important moments and special moments of the past twelve months. They also welcome people who touched this year with courage, courage and their big heart. The broadcaster has now announced the topics and guests of the show.

Sarah Connor and other artists

In addition to the musician Marius Müller-Westernhagen, Sarah Connor will take stock on the show. The singer celebrated a real comeback in 2022. After two successful albums in German, she returned to her musical mother tongue English on her Christmas album "Not So Silent Night". In the retrospective show, she talks about her year - in the spring she took in a mother who had fled Ukraine with her two sons - and performs her new single "Ring Out The Bells" live.

Actors Wotan Wilke Möhring and Antonia Riet thrilled viewers this year with their unconventional basketball film "Because we champions are" - and are therefore guests at Gottschalk and Guttenberg.

football and politics

Two politicians have also invited those responsible for the show: Minister of Finance Christian Lindner talks about his turbulent year between traffic light government and wedding happiness on Sylt. Sahra Wagenknecht, one of the most controversial politicians of 2022, will also be a guest on the show.

The EM heroes Alexandra Popp and Lena Oberdorf will report on their football summer fairy tale.

Touching and bizarre people

It was one of the most moving videos of the year: in the oppressive atmosphere of a Ukrainian bunker, the then seven-year-old Amelia sings the song "Let It Go" from the Disney film "Frozen" for those seeking protection. The clip has been clicked over 20 million times and the brave girl has brought tears to people around the world. At "2022! People, Pictures, Emotions" she will sing the song again.

The broadcaster has also announced two more bizarre guests. The Dortmund "Chico" won almost ten million euros in the lottery and talks about his new life between swank and publicity - and about his criminal past. The Hanoverian Ramin Juhnke, on the other hand, amazed with his huge 9-euro ticket trip. Three months, 125 cities, 38,981 kilometers - and all for just 27 euros. What started for him with a short trip to Jena quickly developed into a trip all over the country and to all the state capitals.
