This year marks the 10th anniversary of Triathlon des Gorges - Ardeche etGard. Three days of testing began on Thursday, July 7. At 7:30 p.m., the MS Distance Triathlon began. It consisted of a swim, bike, and run for 750 participants. The test was filled. 130 athletes accepted the challenge. They completed the three triathlons. 580 people chose to focus their efforts on this event. 60 did it in relay mode and 50 in hiking mode.

The Gorges Triathlon's highlight will be Saturday, July 9. The Ardeche will host the queen event, which involves swimming 2 km in the Ardeche at 7:30 AM. Next, there will be 76 km of cycling along the tourist route through the gorges. 18 km of running and a difficult climb up to Aigueze, which is considered the most beautiful French village. More than 1,700 triathletes are expected to compete in the Ardeche Gorges over three days.

Traffic will be stopped on Saturday, July 9, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in Saint-Martin d'Ardeche. This will take place from the RD 290 intersection with the Sauze municipal roads to the crossroads of the RD 490 that leads to Saint-Remeze. Vehicles of all types will be diverted by the RD 86 and RD 201 in each direction.
