The Savoie Gendarmerie has not yet found Daniele Herbulot's remains. He was an octogenarian hiker who vanished on Thursday, July 7, while walking along the Chemin du Petit bonheur near the Saint-Etienne chapel, Lanslevillard (Val-Cenis).

A search will be conducted by the autonomous territorial brigade Val-Cenis on Saturday, July 9th at 4 p.m. from the Lanslebourg Gendarmerie parking lot. Volunteers and those who are familiar with the mountains (hikers, guides, or guides) are invited to take part in research. The research was not completed on Friday, July 8, and Thursday at the close of the day.
