Görlitz (dpa/sn) - An 84-year-old pedestrian died in an accident with a car in Görlitz on Thursday. According to the police, the woman wanted to cross a pedestrian crossing with her walker when she was hit by the turning car. According to the police, the 82-year-old driver had overlooked the pedestrian. The driver was not injured. Alarmed rescue workers could do nothing more for the 84-year-old senior, she died at the scene of the accident. The Görlitz police are investigating the accident.
