Saxony-Anhalt: 68-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries in a car accident

Niedere Börde (dpa/sa) - A 68-year-old was fatally injured in a car accident. The police said on Tuesday that he had left his car in a long right-hand bend and came to rest on his side in an adjacent field. The incident had therefore already taken place on Friday in the municipality of Niedere Börde. The man was trapped in the accident and had to be resuscitated by rescue workers before he was taken to the hospital. The officials did not provide any information on the current condition of the man on Tuesday.
